Welcome to the Leptogastrinae LifeDesk

Leptogastrinae is a group of predatory flies with 469 species within the megadiverse robber flies (Asilidae). The species are distributed all over the world with the notable exception of Chile. These flies have been called ”grass flies“ by some authors as many species are found in grassy environments.
